Built in 1983 by Margaretha (1958) and Ewald (1954) Vallant with children Stephanie (1986) and Philipp (1983).

Renovation of all holiday apartments and extension with apartments 6 and 7 in 2003.

Apartment 8 is built in 2008, as well as a cosy lounge and fitness studio.

A modern, alpine wellness area is opened in 2017.
